Here you will find the answers to your questions about our return policy.

BASIC RETURN POLICY. RETURNS THAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED:

PRE-OWNED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS

ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A RECEIPT, RMA NUMBER & PRIOR COMMUNICATION (via phone, email or fax)

SPECIAL ORDERS

RETURNS PAST 14 DAYS (of the products shipping date)

HOPPER KITS

NITRO VEHICLES: HELICOPTERS, PLANES, BOATS, CARS & TRUCKS (you must deal directly with the manufacturer)

RADIO CONTROL VEHICLES: HELICOPTERS, PLANES, BOATS, CARS & TRUCKS (that are opened or partially assembled) **

ELECTRICAL ITEMS: ASSOCIATED, TRINITY, NOVAK, TEKIN, FUTABA,  AIRTRONICS, TRAXXAS, DYNAMITE, SLOT CAR TRACKS ETC. (These items come with a manufacturers warranty) **

We will not be responsible for late shipments, if we have provided a quicker shipping method; (overnight, two day or similar). We will not refund your money for those enhanced shipping charges, as they are out of our control. We also will not refund for the product you purchased just because it did not arrive when the shipper promised.


All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact us by email or phone for your RMA number. Items returned without RMA numbers will be rejected.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Big Boys Toys Unlimited does not refund for shipping and handling charges.


All returns are subject to 25% restocking fee. Non-Clearance items may be exchanged only if defective within 14 days of your product's shipping date. If defective, Big Boys Toys Unlimited will exchange the item free of charge. For non-qualifying returnable items, no returns or exchanges are allowed. Big Boys Toys Unlimited will not pay for the shipping charges that are returned by customer. Pre-Owned & Clearance items cannot be returned.

ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE SHOULD HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER OR A METHOD TO TRACK THE PACKAGE. THIS NOT ONLY PROVES THAT YOU HAVE SHIPPED IT TO US, BUT ALSO HELPS YOU IF THE PACKAGE GETS LOST.  PLEASE EMAIL US WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS DURING RETURNED SHIPMENTS.

Big Boys Toys Unlimited is not responsible for shipping damage, make sure you insure your return package.

Items returned must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Big Boys Toys Unlimited reserves the right to return the merchandise to its customer and not refund money, if Big Boys Toys Unlimited in its opinion deems that the merchandise has been severely damaged, crashed, abused, misused, modified in any form, has water, dust, or contaminant damage.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product.

If an item is ordered and the color is out of stock, the most popular color in stock will be chosen for you. If you prefer another color as your second choice please let us know when you order and we will supply it, if it is in stock.

BIG BOYS TOYS UNLIMITED RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE TO ITS CUSTOMER AND NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

** YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 25% RESTOCKING FEE IF THESE ITEMS ARE RETURNED IN "BRAND NEW" CONDITION AND FOLLOW THE OTHER TERMS ABOVE.
